After a few suggestions from the word maker-upper, it's ended up being...communication. Ironic, yes.

It's a problem some people (me), have trouble with. But it's vital to our society that we can communicate well with each other. We have two major kinds of communication: communication between friends and strangers, and between...more than friends...

A. There are people who aren't good with people, and people who can be extremely good with people. The latter can be good, help people. Or they can be terrible, wanting more and more power.

B. This tends to be a little more difficult, and is ESSENTIAL. You have no communication, no relationship. Communicate well, you can make it work. Unfortunately, that's something I still have to work on.

But hey, if you put your mind to it, you can make anything work.

I don't know what I'm doing.

I talk and talk to you online, and have these great conversations, about things that matter.

In person I can't seem to talk to you, we have little conversation, about irrelevant things.

I get unbelievably useless around you.

I don't want to look at you too long or you question it, but at the same time I can't look away.

I'm sorry for everything bad I've ever said or done to you.

I surprised myself Saturday. All day I told myself, "you're going to hug her today." But I doubted myself. Luckily when the time came, I did it. And I'm so happy I did, I was able to do something she asked of me. Finally.
